If you don’t know who Amouranth is, she is a young woman who is one of the most popular streamers on Twitch who has also made $33 million from OnlyFans, which is a platform that allows anyone to sell porn of themselves.

A few days ago during a livestream, she simply broke down.

Wearing a skimpy white top, she unmuted her phone and let play the voice of her husband (which no one even knew she had up until this point) and millions upon millions listened as she played the screaming words of the man puppeteering her from behind the scenes.

He threatened to kill her dogs. He threatened to tweet lies from her social media account to ruin her reputation. He threatened to give away all her money. And he said it was all her rightful punishment because she didn’t fucking listen. He said he might even forgive her.

The man can be heard screaming at her in such a way that reveals extremely well the conman’s trick of exerting control by simply burning out—totally frying—a person’s emotional circuit board via the exhausting, demeaning and terrorizing toll of subjecting someone to back and forth emotional whiplash.

Why are you making me act like this? Why are you making me so mad?

It is the best, most teachable example of gaslighting I’ve ever heard in my life.
